Customise Your Celebration We understand that every baby is unique. You can select the main colour tone of the cake to match your party theme:

To make it truly yours, the cake includes customisable fondant lettering for your child's name and a prominent number to mark their specific milestone (e.g., "1" for a birthday or "100" for 100 Days).

The Phoenix Sweets Difference Beneath the cute exterior lies our signature artisan quality. Unlike typical airy chiffon cakes, we use a traditional Victoria Sponge base. This ensures a moist, substantial texture that holds up beautifully at parties. Our buttercream is crafted to be "Less Sweet," using natural ingredients to ensure it is palatable for guests of all ages.

Flavour Options:

• For the cake flavour, we are only providing two options: 

  • Baby Boy (Blue): Vanilla Cake layered with Mixed Berries Butter Cream, surface is Vanilla Butter Cream in Baby Blue
  • Baby Girl (Pink): Vanilla Cake layered with Mixed Berries Butter Cream, surface is Strawberry Butter Cream in Pink
  • We are offering a free upgrade to Gender Reveal Cake (i.e. to tune the colour of the cream layers inside to Pink or Blue, depending on the gender of the baby.)
  • You can also choose Vanilla flavoured Rainbow cake layered with Passion Fruit Butter Cream for $400 in addition.

• Lead Time: As every decoration is handcrafted, please order at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

Our Character Theme Cakes feature creative designs inspired by the colours, styles, and iconic elements of your favourite characters.  

• Copyright Note: In view of copyright, please note that we do not manufacture 3D character figure toppers.  
• Themed Accessories: We can provide the franchised character night light shown in the reference picture for an additional $180.  
• Personal Touch: Customers are more than welcome to prepare their own character figures to be used as cake toppers for a truly personalised centrepiece.

• Victoria Sponge Base: A traditional, moist, and dense cake that provides a much richer experience than mass-produced alternatives.
• Premium Ingredients: We use Valrhona chocolate, fair-trade tea leaves, and 100% natural fruit purees with no artificial flavourings.  

Choose from our delectable flavours:

• Earl Grey: Infused with tea leaves and layered with organic rose water buttercream and rose petals.  
• Vanilla: A classic favourite with mixed berries buttercream and luscious homemade jam.  
• Lemon: A zesty delight paired with passion fruit buttercream and tangy lemon curd.
• Chocolate: A rich, bittersweet chocolate cake with creamy chocolate buttercream.  
  
• Rainbow Vanilla: Vibrant colourful layers with passion fruit and lemon curd filling (additional HK$400).

We offer two standard sizes for this design:  

• 8" + 6" (Double Tier): Approximately 30-32 servings.  
• 6" + 4" (Double Tier): Approximately 12-18 servings.

• Lead Time: Standard celebration cakes require 1-2 weeks for handcrafting.
• Delivery: We use experienced van drivers to ensure your delicate cake arrives safely. 
• Cake Care: For the best taste and texture, take the cake out of the fridge 3 hours before serving.
