It is with a heavy heart, but a mind full of beautiful memories, that the time has come for us to say goodbye. 🥺
Since we started back in 2012—growing from a single small oven in a home kitchen to opening boutiques across PMQ in Sheung Wan, Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, MOKO in Mong Kok, and Tai Kwun in Central—it has been an absolute privilege. Over the past 14 years, we’ve had the honour of baking more than 10,000 bespoke cakes. We’ve delivered wedding cakes to almost every popular venue in town, and we are so incredibly grateful to have had your support through all our highs and lows.
We have always poured our hearts into designing and crafting every single piece, ensuring we always delivered the most stunning designs and the finest flavours. However, facing an increasingly difficult and challenging business environment in Hong Kong, we have had to make the deeply painful decision to close the doors of our Hong Kong store.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to our wonderful team who have fought alongside us over the years. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, pouring your heart into every single cookie and cake to ensure Phoenix Sweets always delivered the absolute best.
While our Hong Kong shop is closing, our passion for baking and creating will never fade. Our social media pages will remain active, and we look forward to sharing our daily baking lives with you across both Australia and Hong Kong. What Makes Phoenix Sweets the One of the Kind
Founder and Cake Artist - Phoenix Hui
Stations in Australia since 2022, Phoenix had been a enthusiastic amature baker sharing her works online. At 2013, she started her baking business online. Now her little baking paradise consists of a licensed studio located in Lai Chi Kok, and a stunning gourmet cake bakery in Adelaide, Australia.
Phoenix focuses to develop her craftsmanship in the edible art industry. Each piece of cake made by the Phoenix Sweets bakery is more than just a piece of eye candy. She is devoted to explore and experiment the limitless possibility of best ingredients and her renowned artistic style.
Our Store Location
Our first store opened in 2014 at PMQ, Central at Unit S103, showcasing the state-of-art of Hong Kong baking confectionery. The last operating date of PMQ store is 22 April 2018.
Our next step is Tai Kwun, the heritage and art landmark locates at Hollywood Road, Central. Two precious gallary stores were operated in the prestige landmark until the last one closed in Nov 2024.
We operated our own licensed food factory in Lai Chi Kok, which was closed in Jul 2026.
